Refund policy

Every DTF Joker transfer is printed to your artwork and your dimensions. Because each order is produced specifically for you, the terms below replace a standard returns policy.
Made to order
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for ordering the wrong size, or because you no longer need the item. Once a sheet is printed it cannot be resold or reused.
If the fault is ours
Print defects, the wrong size printed, missing items, or damage in transit are our responsibility. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dtfjoker.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once we confirm the problem, you choose: we reprint the affected items at no cost, or we refund you. We cover the shipping on a replacement. You never pay twice for our mistake.
Artwork you supply
We print exactly what you approve. Before your gang sheet can be added to the cart, our builder runs an automatic quality check for low-resolution images, overlapping artwork, items outside the printable area, and semi-transparent pixels. Any failed check is shown to you in red, and the sheet cannot be added to the cart unless you tick Print Anyway together with the confirmation stating that your images are correct and that the printer is not responsible for differences in color or artwork quality.
Because that approval is recorded with your order, we cannot issue refunds or reprints for:
- low resolution or pixelation in the uploaded file;
- artwork placed outside the printable area, overlapping or cropped designs;
- spelling, sizing or layout errors in the file you supplied;
- color differences between an uncalibrated screen and the printed result.
If something still goes wrong, write to us anyway. We review these case by case and will do what we reasonably can.
Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we cancel the order and refund it in full. Once printing has begun the order cannot be cancelled, because the sheet is already made to your artwork.
Application results
Transfers must be applied using the settings on our heat press guide. We cannot cover transfers damaged by incorrect temperature, time or pressure, by unsuitable garments, or by washing that does not follow our care instructions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
