Heat Press Process (DTF Joker Standard)

Always test first, as presses may vary. Use a Teflon sheet, silicone pad, or parchment paper during pressing for optimal protection and even heat distribution.

Protective Layer

Always use a Teflon sheet, 0.3mm silicone pad, or parchment paper between the film and heat press. This prevents gloss marks and keeps pressure even.

Second Press (Fixation)

After peeling, perform a second press at 305–310°F for 5 seconds with medium pressure to lock the print into the fabric and boost wash durability.

DTF Transfer Care Instructions (DTF Joker Standard)

  • Wash garment inside-out at 30°C (86°F) or below.
  • Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean.
  • Do not iron directly on the print — turn inside-out or use a protective cloth.
  • Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
  • Avoid fabric softeners — they may affect adhesion.
  • Hang dry when possible to extend print life.
  • Store garments away from moisture and direct sunlight.
