At DTF Joker, we’re committed to delivering your prints fast, safe, and exactly as ordered. We partner exclusively with UPS to provide reliable and fully trackable shipping options — including both Express and Economy services.

■ Shipping Options

1. UPS Express (1-3 Business Days)
Our fastest and most popular option. Orders are shipped via UPS Express with full tracking and delivery confirmation. Perfect for customers who need their prints as soon as possible.

2. UPS Economy (5-8 Business Days)
A more economical option for customers who are not in a rush. Same print quality — just a slower delivery speed.

■ Free Express Shipping on Orders Over $99
Orders totaling $99 or more automatically qualify for free UPS Express delivery — no promo code required.

■ Order Processing Time
• Orders placed Monday–Saturday are typically printed and shipped within 24 hours.
• Orders received after business hours or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day.
• Custom or high-volume jobs may require additional production time depending on order size.

■ Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery dates shown on our product pages are based on real-time UPS data. If you leave items in your cart for a while before checkout, the delivery estimate may update automatically.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, DTF Joker cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or customs inspections.

■ PO Box & Address Policy
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please make sure to enter a valid physical address during checkout. DTF Joker is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or cancellations caused by invalid or incomplete addresses.
