These Terms of Service govern your use of dtfjoker.com and any order you place with DTF Joker LLC ("DTF Joker", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products

We produce custom direct-to-film (DTF) and UV DTF transfers made to the artwork and dimensions you supply. Transfers are supplied ready to press; garments are not included.

Your artwork, your rights

By uploading a file you confirm that you own the artwork or hold every right needed to reproduce it. We do not review, screen or inspect customer files for intellectual property, and we do not open them beyond what production requires — your designs stay private. Responsibility for the content of an uploaded file rests entirely with the customer, and you agree to indemnify and hold DTF Joker harmless from any claim, demand or cost arising from artwork you submitted.

Orders we may decline

If we become aware that an order contains unlawful content, or content that promotes hatred or violence, we may cancel it and refund you in full. We are under no obligation to look for such content, and not cancelling an order is never an endorsement of what it contains.

File handling

Uploaded files are used solely to produce your order. We do not sell, license or reuse your artwork, and we do not print it for anyone else. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Approval before printing

Our gang sheet builder runs an automatic quality check before an item can be added to the cart. Where a check fails, you must confirm Print Anyway before continuing. We print exactly what you approve. The consequences of approving a file are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery times, shipping options and free shipping thresholds are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Because every order is made to your artwork, returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy rather than a general returns right.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, missed deadlines, or garments you supplied and pressed yourself.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
